Job Purpose and Reporting Structure: Under the direction of the Assistant Manager/Office Manager, the Closing Agent will facilitate a mortgage closing transaction for multiple parties such as: homebuyers and sellers, lenders, realtors and/or attorneys. Prepare and present detailed documents effectively closing a property and/or finance package. Record and file documents with appropriate parties and systems internally and externally. Disburse funds as required. Exceptional communication skills are essential and attention to details critical.
